Holly’s condo in Princeville offers a peaceful escape on Kauai’s lush north shore. Located high on a bluff, 60 feet above the ocean, the condo has 180 degree views of the ocean and island.

This is a fully equipped, two bedroom, two bathroom condo available for rent and is part of the Ali’i Kai Luxury Ocean Bluff Project in Princeville Kauai. Princeville is a small and quiet resort town and the perfect place to get away from it all.

Golfers will enjoy the Princeville Makai Golf Club just a few miles down the road.

Hanalei Bay is perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and surfing. Experienced surfer often flock to this area in the winter to catch some of the huge surf generated by storms that pass by to the north.

Water conditions can vary and there are times when the ocean can become unsafe, even in normally calm areas. It is important to always check the local conditions before heading out. Also keep in mind, that ocean conditions can change quickly and what is calm one minute, can become dangerous the next.

Princeville Weather

Princeville consistently receives rain throughout the entire year. The late fall and winter months see the most but there is ample rain in the spring and summer to keep everything lush and green.

High temperatures range from the mid 70s to the mid 80s and lows in the 60s and 70s.

Ocean water temperatures vary from the low to mid 70s during the winter months to the low 80s in the summer and early fall.

Tropical storms and hurricanes can influence the weather during the summer months from June to October. While a direct hit is rare, they do happen. Hurricane Iniki, in September of 1992, was the last direct hit on Kauai. Kauai sits at the western end of the Hawaiian chain of islands and is in open water with no protection.
