About the Silencio Lodge and Spa

Silencio Lodge & Spa is a peaceful retreat in the cloud forests of Costa Rica located just north of San Jose and in the foothills of the Poas volcano . It is surrounded by lush greenery and stunning waterfalls. Visitors can enjoy fresh mountain air and breathtaking views.

Many luxurious accommodations are available, offering comfort and privacy. Suites and villas include floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor hot tubs. Private decks allow guests to relax while listening to nature.

Bajos del Toro Weather

The weather in Bajos del Toro varies greatly depending on the time of the year. While rainfall occurs throughout the year, the heaviest is between May and November with the most rain occurring in October. In fact, October often experiences torrential rains that can last for several days, especially if a nearby hurricane or tropical storm is influencing the weather in Costa Rica.

Temperatures in Bajos del Toro are pleasant but humid. Highs are almost always in the 70s and low 80s with lows in the 60s. Once in a while it can get slightly warmer or colder but this is usually for a brief period of time.
